Vamoosery are unique. From the way they compose their individual brand of progressive alt-rock, right through to their passion for impacting people with their message, these Nexus ICA graduates have managed to expertly combine their musical ability with pure dedication and devotion.
Formed in 2012, Vamooserys first gig was a battle of the band's competition as part of Nexus ICA under the name "Go-Rebuild". Since then they have spent time creating songs that are catchy, diverse in style and musically interesting.
Vamoosery released their original EP in 2015 (now only available at gigs), whilst 2016 saw the release of their beautifully anthemic cover of traditional Christmas song, 'O Holy Night'. The bands latest single entitled 'Running', was released in August 2017.
After their first UK tour in 2018 and significant progress on their debut album during 2019, the band look to polish and publish new material in the coming year.
Vamoosery are a really versatile band being comfortable on a large stage or at an acoustic live lounge setting. They are also an excellent worship band.
“I was really excited to find out about Vamoosery, and knew straight away we had to book them for our festival. After their performance I had several of our guests track me down to tell me what a powerful performance it was, delivered by such a genuine group of musicians. With the amount of excellent feedback our attendees gave me, it was an easy choice to book them for another event” James Stevens, Director of KingsStock Music Festival.
